Payment methods:

· You may make the payment via any of the methods above and pls settle within 3 days once your order is placed.

· Your payment will be verified by Aliexpress within 24h and we will process your order once that's finished.

· If your order is closed owing to security reasons, you will need to submit a claim to Aliexpress. 

· The refund caused by order cancellation, refund agreement or mediation will be processed instantly and usually takes about 7-10 working days to reach your account.   

Shipping and package:

· All items will be checked and well packed before shipping. Orders will be dispatched within 2-5 working days after the payment is finished.

· The weight of parcel via normal post is limited to 2kg. We will send separately if the weight is over 2kg.

· Usually it takes about 15 - 60 days and might be a little longer to some remote area.   

· You may choose fast shipping method if you wanna get the parcel sooner, and for this you will need to pay the shipping fee.

· According to the newest policies of Colombia : All parcels sent to Colombia for customs clearance will be taxed since October 11, tariff threshold is changed from $200 to $0 . So please remember to pay the tax in time when the parcel arrive at the customs.
