Thank you for shopping with Wellington Empire. We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, delivery estimates, and more.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or holidays.
Once your order is processed, it will be sent from one of our global warehouses.
2. Shipping From Multiple Warehouses
We ship from various warehouses worldwide, depending on product availability and your location.
This means items in your order may arrive in separate packages.
Each package will have its own tracking number.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates vary by destination:

Please note these are estimated timeframes, and actual delivery may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
If your order contains multiple items, you may receive separate tracking numbers as products may ship from different warehouses.
You can track your packages using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the package reaches your country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure that your address details are complete and accurate.
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If the order is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed, please allow a few extra days—especially during peak seasons.
If your package appears lost, contact us at wellingtonempire@gmail.com and we will assist in filing an investigation with the carrier.
Lost package claims must be submitted within 20 days of the estimated delivery date.
8. Returns & Refused Deliveries
Customers choosing to return items are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If a package is refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up, reshipping or return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
